Return and Refund Policy
1. General Policy
1.1 All sales are final.
1.2 No returns are accepted on cut fabric (any material cut from the manufacturer's roll of
15 yards or more).
1.3 Color variations due to screen differences are not grounds for returns. For precise color
matching, we recommend purchasing our Color Cards or Swatches.
1.4 To be eligible for a return, the items must be either damaged or defective when originally received and
must meet the following:
· Unused
· In the original condition as received
· In the original packaging
· Covered by Package Protection purchased at checkout
1.5 Our return policy due to product damage is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. After this
period, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements.
1.6 To initiate a return, please use our Return Portal.
1.7 Do not return any product even if damaged before prior approval.
2. Damaged Items
2.1 Customers must inspect packages for damages within 5 days of receipt.
2.2 Some items may contain punched holes for quality control. In such cases,
an extra yard is provided to compensate.
2.3 Claims for damaged items must be made within 15 days of purchase.

3. Refund Process for Damaged Items
3.1 Upon receipt and inspection of returned items, customers will be notified via
email of the refund status.
3.2 Approved refunds are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
3.3 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of
approval.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
4.1 If a package is marked as "DELIVERED" but not received, customers should:
· Wait 24 hours
· Contact the local post office
· Notify us within 7 days
4.2 Exquisite Fabric will not contact parcel services on behalf of customers.
4.3 Exquisite Fabric is not responsible for refunds or reshipments due to:
· Incorrect or undeliverable addresses
· Lost shipments
· Stolen packages
4.4 For secure delivery, consider shipping to PO boxes or secure mailboxes.
5. Refund Issues
5.1 For missing refunds, customers should check with their bank and credit card company
before contacting us.
5.2 For persistent issues, contact admin@exquisitefabric.com.
6. Sale Items and Exchanges
6.1 Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
6.2 Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items within 15 days of purchase.
6.3 For exchanges, email admin@exquisitefabric.com to request exchange of defective or damaged item
and once approved, send the item to:

7. Shipping for Returns
7.1 Return shipping is covered if Package Protection was purchased; otherwise, customers
are responsible for return shipping costs.
7.2 Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
7.3 For items valued over $75, trackable shipping or insurance is recommended.
7.4 Exquisite Fabric does not guarantee receipt of returned items.
